Natron Air, Inc. flights canceled by Natron Air, INC, for weather or other reasons beyond our control, deposits will be refunded 100% if alternative dates are not available.
For peace of mind when traveling and assistance to handle the unforeseen travel issues that can happen before or during a trip; an accident or emergency, a missed flight, lost baggage, an illness or cancelled trips, we highly recommend trip cancellation and travel insurance. With our short season we have had to adopt stringent cancellation policies; insurance would help defra these costs.

necessary for the safe and proper handling of the trip. Outdoor activities of this nature are not entirely “risk free”. We cannot assume responsibility for injury to participants or personal
belongings for time or expense incurred.
Costs of accommodations and associated services for overnight en-route, caused by weather, or any event beyond our control are the responsibility of our guest.
